This is an 8 week Bodyweight only training program that is designed for

home workouts but can also be done anywhere; in the gym, park or even a beach!

The beauty of this program is that it caters for all ages & abilities; for the busy person that can’t make it to the gym or group classes, or those that have kids to look after & so dont get the luxury of leaving the house for a period of time.

Bodyweight Winter Blitz is a full body workout design consisting of 3 sessions per week. After week 4 you will transition into phase 2 of the training for the next 4 weeks that has progressed further by using other training modifications (eccentric loading, supersets). We will be using progressive overload throught the sessions & each weekly session will have a

different area of focus.
